Epic Traffic Systems –

Most Complete Affiliate Toolset ?

If you have been around internet marketing for a while then you have probably seen just about every newbie product there could be to the point where you don’t even pay attention anymore. If you are just starting in internet marketing then you are probably overwhelmed by all the products you have come across. Many are usually just information products rehashing similar methods or systems with small tweaks. Some guys make a living releasing an endless supply of newbie affiliate marketing information products. I have nothing against packaging up quality information that is unique and selling it but if it is crap information packaged into a pretty looking  ebook then I have problem with it. ……..but occasionally some excellent product come out from affiliate marketers and Epic Traffic Systems looks like it might be decent…..

Anyways, I have been hearing the buzz among internet marketers about the new product being released called Epic Traffic Systems. It is being put out by some heavyweight internet marketers that actually have created real products or made a living in internet marketing not just from blasting out mediocre information products.

The creators of Epic Traffic Systems I am most familiar with are Jon Shugart who is a pretty smart software guy(I listened to a seminar presentation recently by him and it was good and he also sold software patents to a very smart high tech company I worked with back in my stock broker days)….

The other creator of Epic Traffic Systems  I was familiar with is Keith Baxter who is well known in the internet marketing circle for generating massive online traffic but I am familiar with him because he uses WP Mage autoblogging software which I have mentioned in an earlier post but in the private WP Mage forum he mentioned that he essentially developed a complete custom autoblog/website building software that takes something like WP Mage to a new level…….his system is like autoblogging on steroids……sounds interesting but i haven’t used it.

So after hearing about who was creating/putting out this product, I was intrigued. Essentially Epic Traffic Systems is an extensive software and information product for using multiple traffic approaches:

Epic Traffic Systems 3 core modules include:
1. Epic ‘Self-Contained’ Autoblogging Traffic
2. Epic Social Media Traffic
3. Epic Paid Media Traffic

In the Autoblogging module Keith Baxter will be releasing his autoblogging software platform that he personally uses and probably is a version of what I mentioned above regarding WP Mage on steriods….lol…..They claim that it will be a complete automation system and laid out ease of use even for a complete novice. Now, if you have read my other posts on autoblogging you know that there is an a large amount of autoblogging products out there and many that claim to be totally automated usually aren’t or they essentially suck for quality/options,etc….Generally autoblogging takes some knowledge and work to get traffic to your site but if Keith Baxter is putting out this software, then it is probably pretty damn good.

The Social Media Module they will cover everything about social media traffic and also give you a special twitter software tool.

Finally, there is the Paid Media Module that includes custom software application called “Epic Campaign Automation Suite” and that they state has been in development for over a year and a half at a hefty 6 figure price tag. The software that is included will automate :
*PPC Campaigns (Search, Placement Targeted, Content Network)
*CPV Campaigns
*Media Buy Campaigns
*Banner Ad Automation
*Auto-generated campaigns and sites from Datafeeds
*Social Traffic Campaign Automation

So as you can see if looks like a pretty good product and I will be interested to learn more when it is released on June 15^th.

The main negative I see is that as an affiliate marketer it is hard to effectively focus at the same time on all aspects of traffic generation like autoblogging, social media, and paid traffic…..and be good at all of them, but I guess if the software they provide is good enough at automation then it might work.

I don’t expect the product to be cheap(I don’t know price yet) but honestly I have bought lots of different software plugins/automation tools/social media software/websites themes,etc….that if  Epic Traffic Systems delivers what it claims then it will probably eliminate the need of using lots of other software tools (the savings of which can easily pay for whatever the cost that Epic Traffic will be)….but I will wait to see what it actually is.

….and of course price shouldn’t matter because you should make a lot more money anyways than what the software costs. or so they say.

6/16/10 – As an update, I never bought this product just was curious to see the launch videos. The autoblog module setup was influenced some from Autoblog Blueprint and I am would be cautious having all those backlinks from WP MU if google ever changed its ranking of WPMU links. I think Autoblog Blueprint is still the best information source for long term success in autoblogging. For social media, the Twitter video was pretty basic and I already have Tweet Attacks which is still the best twitter automation tool I know of and automates that stuff mentioned in the video. I would say the only component of this product that I would be interested in is the the PPC software that Jon Shugart developed because I know his Keywork Rockstar product is well regarded but I think most of the functionality is already in Keywork Rockstar but not sure.
