admin Internet Marketing – How to get started
First off the goal of this site is to save you time when learning affiliate marketing and HONESTLY sharing with you what I use or like. I don’t claim to be a multi-millionaire but I am an affiliate that is making money online and is constantly learning and reading how to improve my results.
Internet marketing takes work and lots of learning. You don’t have to be a computer programmer or web designer to make a living online but you do need to be willing to constantly learn and have the patience to figure things out.
Internet marketing is constantly evolving with things like Youtube, MySpace, Twitter, Facebook, social bookmarking, etc…..and affiliate marketing strategies also change. There are constantly new products and software changes for affiliate marketers that you have to figure out.
The whole goal of internet marketing is TRAFFIC. Without traffic you won’t make money. So as you decide on your method of making money in the internet decide first if there are enough people even searching for that product/category. No Traffic = No Money and lots of wasted time.
Also understand that internet marketing changes constantly so don’t waste your money buying books on internet marketing at a bookstore as the information will either be outdated or too vague.
I think the biggest reason people never make money online is from Analysis Paralysis. Its is so overwhelming figuring out what works, wading through all the bad internet products/scams, spending days reading internet forums,etc…..
Trust me, I know. I spent hours/days figuring out how to even get started in internet marketing and had no clue about how to build a website. Finally, I just realized I won’t ever make money until I actually have a website out there, so I just started (The only way to get better is to just start).
